‘Avin a Good Time is a series here on Spent Glory where we drop the serious competitive approach, skip the idea of helping new players, and ignore altogether anything useful to the community and instead just have ourselves a good time. Gurzag and the Boyz approve, and so should you.

Today we will continue the Brawler’s Ball, a two-part contest. You can read part 1 here. The idea is that there were be four pods of free-for-all brawl – one for each Grand Alliance – the winner of these then advancing to the finals, which you’ll vote on today. Think of it like March Madness, but more interesting and with fewer ads.
This article will share the Grand Alliance Pods results and then showcase the eight fighters to enter the THUNDERDOME for you to vote on. CLICK HERE to vote for the finalists, or read below and vote at the end.
CHAOS

This one was pretty open and shut – the Gorehulk cleaned up and Gulgoch got his just reward.

Let’s see the comments:
The Gorehulk is just the epitome of the word “brawler”
Big is bestest
Gorehulk is a literal Hulk.
The Gorehulk will be second as it will take a lot of axe wounds to bring him down.
Gulgoch being a follower of nurgle and berzerkerlike to boot – Berserkers were scary because they didn’t care whether they lived or died, now imagine the same, but its fat and meaty so it can’t die easily
Gorehulk is just way too big and he is bound to catch you in the end. Also being a follower of Khorne I think he feels right at home.
Gorehulk is a big chad and his grab can definitely ruin some fighters even by proxy if he loses
Several supporting comments for Glisette and Draknar as well, but given the free for all format they just couldn’t quite make the cut.
DEATH

No contest, as you’d expect – the Harvester ran away with it.

On his day he’s a beast. Luckily he’ll be back…
Seasons don’t fear the reaper, but every fighter in the Underworlds should probably do.
When diplomacy fails, the harvester is waiting
Sepulchral Guard are OG badasses.
If the warden is spectating the Harvester wins by default – he always rises again stronger
That skele knows how to handle a scythe
Harvester seemed weak at first but at least 2 lives + empowerment made it a winner for me.
Scythe OP
An infinitely resurrectable fighter will beat all comers given enough time!
He’s a classic.
DESTRUCTION

Another pretty clean winner duo, Gurzag (heck yes) and Blackpowder are on their way to the ‘dome.

One won’t stop. One you can’t stop.
Gurzag is the OG “somethingSKULL”, so I’d like to see the foight.
Ironskull is an OG shadespire badass Who deserves recognition. Gorlak is the basis of his warband and perfect for an all-out brawl.
Gurzag Ironskull is the OG Boss for a reason
Gorlak – I mean he brought a gun to a brawl
The OG’s. They have been saving up their energy for this fight. That’s why they hit like soft pillows.
gurzag for the funny points and gorlak cause his swag is sure to get a good hit in and get a kill or two. if he has a big enough cranium he should be able to use his pistol shot for success
ORDER

Two obvious winners here – Klaq-Trok and Fjul-Grimnir remarkably each taking 20 of the 32 total votes. Third place was a very tight race but in the end Brodus edged out the competition.

Two of these are just mean. One can take down Kainan in a single swing.
Fjul Grimnir knows the key secret to win, so I’m betting on him.
Klaq-Trok is a Dinosaur
Klaq-Trok was breed for war and, as an Old Blood, has survived centuries of conflict. He has the power and the know-how to take the win. Brodus in second place for having a big mace and a confident stride.
Klaq-Trok is the best.
Fjul-Grimnir is the best.
I would have voted for Klaq-Trok three times if I could.
A dinosaur wins most fights. Wathlab made me vote for the dwarfs
Big swingers
fjulgrimnir because he is fjulgrimnir, the ultimate terminator of all that is safe and sacred. Klaq-troq is scary and has a good chance cause of his big jaws reaction attack that is definitely going to get a lot of mileage out
One’s a dinosaur.
I’d legit pay to watch Fjul-Grimnir and Brodus armwrestle.
