This article, by popular demand, is a rundown of every in-rotation warband available for competitive play in Underworlds Second Edition. I will continue to update this as new releases arrive. In the meantime, take a gander and see what warbands fit your preferred playstyle, and where to start for choosing decks!

A similar list for Rivals Decks in Second Edition exists HERE

A specific discussion of which warbands are best for new players can be found here

If you’re interested to see in-depth review of all the products I have covered, click here

A primer for new players can be found here, and a refresher for returning players is located here.

You can also access the New Player Series here, and to level up your competitive play, check out the Contender Series

Here are my classifications of warband composition archetypes, which will help you evaluate which cards are best when you are choosing from Rivals Decks and when building Nemesis decks:

• Elites (3 fighter warbands)
• Big Boys (Warbands with one large fighter and a handful of lesser ones)
• Standard (4-5 fighter warbands with rough equivalence between the models)
• Hordes (6-7 fighter warbands)
